Description
1863 is an 18xx game set in Victorian London. This financial heavy variant, based on the excellent 1817 with a slight leaning towards company routes and operations, is designed to play a bit faster than 1817 (perhaps 4 to 6 hours) but allows some extra financial freedoms with the addition of subsidiaries.
